Online trainings with the Visit Coach will be highly interactive and engaging to match as closely as possible the in-person training experience. Participants will interact, communicate, view and discuss presentations, and engage with learning resources while also working in groups.
The virtual classroom is best viewed on a desktop and/or laptop with a camera and microphone, headsets work best. Using cell phones or tablets is NOT recommended.
The platform is browser based with no software installations required
Video and sound is required to participate
Attendees are asked to keep video on during active training times to verify participation and most closely simulate an in-person training
The Chrome and Firefox browsers are the best choices. The Visit Coach is not responsible if attendees do not meet these minimum requirements to participate, so please review carefully.
There will be a test session in advance of the training to confirm capability of attendees.
